Paralegals
Kana L. Law received a Certificate of Legal Assistantship from
the ABA approved program at the University of California, Irvine-Extension
in 1986. She is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton (B.A.
1984), where she was a member of the International Honor Society in
history. She is also a member of the Orange County Paralegal Association.
Ms. Law assists in all business litigation support, with a specialized
expertise in bankruptcy matters.
Judi L. Childs attended Cypress College
and received a Certificate of Legal Assistantship from the University of
California at Irvine. Ms.
Childs has been a paralegal for over 15 years, including five years as a
paralegal for The Walt Disney Company. Ms. Childs has a diverse background in the legal field,
with a specialized expertise in civil litigation, creditors’ rights
(including bankruptcy), trial preparation and support.
Law Clerks
In
recognition of its duty to the legal profession to assist individuals
striving to become attorneys, this firm has a program for law students. The
program entails the use of students' research skills, in order to assist
the practicing attorneys.
